1. What is a dynamic website?
Dynamic sites are those where users have the ability to change, create, organize or remove content from their site. All of this happens from a purpose-built administration panel to which users with authorised access are able to perform these actions. Every action in the admin panel will be instantly displayed on the public site for the end user.
2. What is the difference between a static and a dynamic website?
With static sites, any changes to already created information, organizing or removing such, need to be done by a programmer. These actions are often charged extra. Static sites are lower cost and the development time is shorter. With dynamic sites, logic is laid out in advance as to what will need to be created, changed, organized or removed from the administration panel. This way, the owners of a website or online store will have the ability to carry out these actions completely independently. No programmer intervention or any technical knowledge is required.
3. What is a custom (tailor-made) website?
A customized or tailor-made website is one that is made according to the individual requirements of each client. Each such site contains only those features that the client needs. Thus, every website we create is different and unique in itself. We do not use off-the-shelf platforms like WordPress, Joomla, Shopify, Shopiko, OpenCart, Seliton, Magento and others for their development. There is no exact price for the development of a website or online store, and no two are exactly the same. The price depends on the requirements of the clients and the features to be developed.
5. Is an upfront payment required when starting a project with you?
Yeah. We always offer our customers several different payment options. The options are specified after specifying the complexity and duration of the project.
6. Who owns the rights to the site once it is finished?
After the development of any website or online store, it becomes the property of the customer who ordered it.
7. How long does it take to develop a website or online store?
The development time of each shortlisted website is strictly individual and depends entirely on the predefined criteria and functionalities of our clients. The more functionalities a website will have, the longer it will take to develop.
8. Is there a separate charge for the mobile version of the site?
No, it is not paid separately. The mobile version is an integral part of any website design programming. Just like the desktop version is. They are always programmed together. All of our sites look equally good on desktop or mobile. They are made with what is called responsive design, which allows them to be used on any device without affecting its look and functionality. The mobile version of any website is extremely important, precisely because nowadays more than 90% of users use a mobile phone instead of a computer.
9. What is responsive design?
Responsive design is any design that looks equally good on different devices such as a phone, laptop, tablet, desktop, etc. All of our websites are built with this design, which allows for a perfect user experience at any time and on any device. This way, people using our sites have the feeling that they are using a mobile app.

11. What payment methods can be integrated into the online store?

12. What delivering integrations do you offer?
We offer integrations with SPEEDY, ECONT, DHL, A1, UPS, USPS. We can do any integrations to ship goods. The only requirement is that the selected delivery company allows it.
13. Is it possible to change the content of a website after it is finished?
Of course! Every dynamic website has a dedicated admin panel. Everything that is requested at the beginning by the client can be changed, created or removed later. If the site is entirely static or has static elements in it, these can also be changed, but only by our programmers.
14. What is hosting and domain?
Hosting is where all the information on a website or online store is stored. We work only with specially selected servers, which guarantees exceptional speed, protection and high security of your site. A domain is the address that users enter into their browser to visit a website. This is the name of your website. The domain or also known as the site name should be short, contain easy to remember words and have a link to the activity you are doing.
15. Will my site have an admin panel?
Every dynamic website designed by us has an administration panel. It is designed to be as easy and convenient to use as possible. No technical knowledge is required for our clients to work perfectly and quickly with their admin panel. It contains only those functionalities they need. Nothing unnecessary has been added to confuse our customers or affect the speed of the site.
16. What languages should my website be in?
There is no exact correct number of languages a website should be in. It depends on the target group and market the client is aiming for. Often one language is necessarily English and the other is the main language to the target group - Bulgarian, German, Italian, Spanish, Serbian, etc. The website can be in as many languages as our clients request.
17. Is an SSL certificate required?
An SSL certificate is a protocol that secures the connection between a server (website) and a browser (user). This certificate earns the trust of users and provides them with security and peace of mind when entering confidential information into your website. If a website does not have an SSL certificate, the browser often displays it as risky and insecure to use.
18. Do I have to pay an annual or any subscription to use my website?
No. Sites have mandatory components - domain, hosting and SSL certificate. These are the things that are paid for every year. There is nothing else that is mandatory to pay for.
19. Do your sites have mandatory maintenance?
Our websites are designed in such a way that they do not need any mandatory maintenance. However, we have provided several options for maintenance, if requested by our customers.
